Our vineyards are located in Rocca Grimalda, in the heart of the Alto Monferrato Ovadese, a prestigious wine-growing area highly suited to the production of grapes and wines of the finest quality. Most of the vineyards are over 30 years old and there are also two plots which are well over 50 years old and capable of supplying grapes of exceptional quality and concentration, even in the most difficult years.

There are three cultivated vines: Dolcetto which, with the denominations Dolcetto d’Ovada doc e Ovada Docg, is certainly the most representative variety of the area, historically present for a long time; Barbera, the most widespread vine in Piedmont which also gives wines of great character and quality in the Ovada area; and finally Merlot, a vine with French origins, but very widespread in Italy. With these three varieties, through a careful and rigorous strategy of separate harvesting and winemaking of the grapes from the numerous plots, we produce as many as 8 different wines, each characterized by a precise style and recognizability.
