Our Territory
From our Bed & Wine, in a few minutes by car you can easily reach very typical places: the medieval village of Rocca Grimalda is definitely worth a visit — being located on a rocky outcrop, it overseas the whole Valle d’Orba, with its Belvedere, the castle, the Mask Museum and its known carnival “La Lachera” and typical dish “Perbureira”; Ovada with its typical Genoese historical center; Acqui Terme, a spa resort known for its steaming waters of the “Bollente”; Genoa, just 60 km away, and the Ligurian Riviera with all its attractions (Genoa Acquarium, Boccadasse, Le Cinque Terre, ect.). And if you love shopping, the Outlet di Serravalle Scrivia is also close by.
If you like sports, nearby there are also places to do sporting and recreational activities: horseback riding, Labrador and Quarter breeding, Dressage (Scuderie San Giacomo), Golf, Cycle Tourism, Trekking in the Capanne di Marcarolo Natural Park.
